The Key to Partnership

Partnership in giving and receiving is a powerful connection that releases the rewards of the person ministering to the person who gives. Jesus called it the "Prophets Reward".

It is imperative that you understand what you are doing and what to expect when you give to this ministry. Many people think that it is wrong to give and get something back. However, Jesus said in Luke 6:38 that when you give that the measure of your gift will return to you, running over into your life. It is impossible to give something and not see a return. Galatians chapter 6 says that God is not mocked whatever you sow you shall also reap. It is the promise of God's word to multiply the seed you sow including money.

We do not give just to make more money, we give to prove our respect and love of God and to unlock all of the promises of God's word in our lives. The Apostle Paul told the Philippian church that God would supply all of their need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. He then went on to say that the reason this was true was because the Philippians had communicated with Paul in both giving and receiving.

This is how this small group of people could continue to sow into Paul's ministry over and again. Their motivation to give was their love for God and appreciation for the anointing on Paul's life. Their understanding of what happened when they gave increased them financially and opened up an account in heaven through Paul's ministry. This same principle will apply to your giving and receiving.

The account that was opened to them provided their needs from Jesus account. Think of it, Paul was essentially saying that their needs would taken care of as if they were the needs of the Lord. Powerful! Understanding is the number one thing you must attain in order to realize the full potential of your giving. I encourage you to seek God and His word for revelation on the subject and to stay in touch with my ministry by giving through Faith Now.
